SOUTHWESTERN SKY

Our vineyard sits at 5200 feet, 15 miles southwest of Cortez down McElmo Canyon upon mineral-rich, red sandy loam soils. Bud break is late April and fruit ripeness is not achieved until late September into October when daytime temperatures reach the high 80’s, cooling to low 40’s at night.
