Sutcliffe Vineyards Wine Society
How to Join
We have an extensive list of those of you wanting to join we will be in touch with you first. In truth, we have more loyal customers than wine so please respond fairly quickly.
Many of you have waited patiently to see us pursue this plan so please call or email us or go to our on-line shop here and specify your level of entry. We will get back to you for the information that we need. We are excited to have finally created this society.
We will initially offer two levels of Family membership:
Joining the Family Fold
Two six bottle cases a year, one in the fall and one in the spring.
This fall we are releasing the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Signature) and the 2008 Trawsfynydd. Three bottles of each. "Signature" indicates select grapes, from a particular block of vines; the wine finished in our best French Oak barrels. The bottles of Trawsfynydd, a glorious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot and a drop or two of Syrah are named for a tiny, mountain village in Wales where John Sutcliffe's great grandmother was born. Each year a wine, which Joe Buckel believes worthy is given a Welsh name. Over the years: Ddraig Goch, Bodysgallen, Hafoty Fawr and now Trawsfynydd have reached that level, as well as tested everyone's ability to pronounce their names
This level of membership is $375 a year, which includes packing and shipping.
Embedded in the Family

This fall, three bottles of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Signature), three bottles of the 2008 Trawsfynydd, three bottles of the 2008 Petit Verdot and three bottles of the 2010 Chardonnay. This fall, all members will be able to buy carefully aged wines from our wine library.
This level of membership is $755 a year, which includes packing and shipping.
