A rich, thick dessert wine. Ripe melon, peach, and petrol offer a complex palate, with a long lasting finish and focused acidity. The Riesling grapes hail from Harold Clay's Vineyard in Hotchkiss, Colorado at over 6,000 feet in elevation. The fermentation was arrested to retain residual sugar of 7%. Decadent and rich with plenty of acidity to balance its sweetness.
